In March 2009, Vilvales Delices was laid off after working for 17 years  at the Orlando International Airport. This trying experience inspired Delices to help others going through a difficult time in life, so he began serving the Central Florida community, using his personal truck to deliver food and clothing to people who lived in parks and on the street.  In June 2009, Help Net Charity, Inc. was officially founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Delices purchased a van with his own funds and began providing transportation services for the elderly, taking them to doctor appointments, to pick up prescriptions, to religious services, to the grocery store, and other destinations. It is the goal of Help Net Charity, Inc. to continue and expand these services by obtaining a more reliable means of transportation.  In addition to transportation, food, and clothing aid, the organization aims to build an emergency fund in order to assist those who find themselves in dire financial conditions.

Delices conceived and organized Help Net Charity, Inc. to address the food, clothing and transportation needs of the low-income, poverty-stricken and elderly individuals in the Central Florida area. Recognizing the many needs that exist in our community, passionate Help Net Charity, Inc. volunteers provide services and aid in essential areas and assist in the provision of opportunities for self-sufficiency and independence. The organization also strives to have the ability to provide financial assistance to these individuals in emergency situations.
